I have been using Chewy for several years, with no complaints. It’s convenient, and the customer service is outstanding.
Recently, after making a large order, my dog passed away.
When the food I ordered arrived, I contacted Chewy to ask if I could return the purchase for a refund. They told me they would process my refund, but to donate the food to someone who needed it.
Two days later i received condolence flowers from Chewy!
This company is amazing. In a few months when I get another dog, They will continue to have my business!
