We have been happy customers of chewy since 2016. We have used the auto ship and other services and found them to be generally less costly than the local pet supermarts and much more convenient. But this week they have shined! We lost our dog this week and I called to see if they would let me return the unused cans of food we have and to cancel our auto ship. They refunded the cost of the food and asked us to donate it to a local rescue which I thought was incredible. Then today, we got a lovely bouquet of flowers and a handwritten condolence note! What a company! Support them in any way you can!
