What a truly AWESOME company! I've been with Chewy a few years now and recently our 15 year old dog Marley had to be put down after a stroke. Well in all the anguish of our lose I forgot to cancel the order for all his vitamins, probiotics, and allergy chews. I called and explained of the lose of our dog Marley asked if I could return them. I talked to Amy, she was very compassionate and sorrowful for our loss and gave us a full refund, then asked me to donate the order to a local rescue center. Now as if that wasn't way above and beyond what most companies would have done, today we received flowers and a very nice note consoling us on our loss from Amy at Chewy.com.
