Chewy's customer service is second to none. We unfortunately lost my cat this week, and I had a lot of prescription food to return. The return process was so simple, the rep refunded my purchase and then told me to donate it all. To top it off they sent us sympathy flowers. For such a large company they really add nice personal touches.
