Just had to put my 4 year old Bichon Frise Down and when I called Chewy to see if I could return my unopened food that I had purchased for her, I spoke with Ismael, who was very caring and understanding and was informed to simply donate whatever I had and that I would receive a full refund. To my surprise later that evening I received a delivery of flowers--thank you Ismael and Chewy--You were comforting in my time of sorrow. This is a great company to deal with.
