After the loss of my beloved Vinny, I had asked Chewy to cancel a pending order and asked about returning an unopened bag of dog food. They credited me for the food and asked me to donate it to an animal shelter. I was impressed by that. A week later, I received flowers from them with a beautiful note expressing their sympathy. How thoughtful! Once again I was impressed and grateful that a company would do that. Thank you Chewy❤️
