Buyers be warned. I accidentally ordered 3 boxes instead of 3 tablets of Heartgard. I tried to return it and they say per their website I can't find it. No where on the direct page of the product did it say you can not return it. I even searched for 20 minutes to find the policy and couldn't. I had to do a chat with someone to find the link for it. It says temporary has changed the policy, so apparently they choose by the day what they want to.
My main question is how can I return food but not an opened/untouched box of prepackaged tablets. She said no because of tampering. I then asked about food returns then, they said that they destroy those. So why can't they destory perscriptions?
I was a Chewy customer for over 10 years, but not they have lost my business.
