Best customer service ever!!! They went above and beyond! I had reviewed an order of training pads asking other pet owners/customers for suggestions as I'm not very happy with these, although they seem to work better than others I've tried. I heard back from Chewy directly, not just offering suggestions but also a full refund of the pads I'd bought but wasn't happy with. They responded quickly, efficiently and with kindness and respect! They always included my dog, Lily in all correspondence. Shopping and returning products would be a lot more pleasant if all companies treated their customers as Chewy treats theirs.
