Chewy is awesome and customer service is outstanding! Orders are easy to place and ship quick. There have been 2 times I had an issue: once with delivery and once with an item I needed to return. Both times I was helped immediately. I was refunded without even asking. They also told me keep the food or donate it where it could be put to good use. They are just amazing!
