I have a animal that has a disease that requires daily medication. I ordered the RX 8 days ago. My veterinarian faxed ,emailed and even okayed it over the phone after I called numerous times and they told me my veterinarian never got ahold of them. Someone is not doing their job! And in this situation could be fatal to a animal. I will not be using them again I will pay the extra to get it through my veterinarian and know I will have it. Customer service seemed very unknowledgeable about any of it. Not professional what so ever.
