I have been a customer for 11 1/2 years and would rate them 5* plus. I was enrolled in a yearly prescription for heartworm pills for my dog Zeus. Chewy must verify this with your veterinarian to send out the heartworm meds. During the interim, my dog passed away. While checking with my veterinarian they received the news of his passing. They kindly canceled my prescription and sent the most beautiful flowers to my home expressing how they were sorry for my loss.
