When my cat of 19 years died, and I cancelled my autoship, the representative was so kind and caring. Yesterday when I came home there was a vase with flowers from Chewy - incredible! So unexpected!
My orders were always filled promptly and got to me early or at the assigned date. If there were a problem, it was always resolved. Excellent!
