After getting my Chewy.com package and discovering I had ordered the wrong item, I called the company. Amazingly a live customer service rep answered after only two rings! No annoying menu! The rep was wonderful and very helpful in arranging for a credit for the wrong item and reordering the correct one. The real surprise was when I inquired as to a return shipping label, the rep suggested that I donate the items (doggy pop bags) to my local animal shelter! So impressive and what a great charitable policy. I am a returning customer and will surely continue to be. I am always happy with Chewy's products, speedy shipping and customer service. Five Stars!!!
