I need to let everyone know how wonderful Chewy and staff are to you as a customer. While speaking to them on phone about my cat they asked about Sunshine my cockatiel. They keep your pets names on file. How sweet it was that they asked however I had to tell them the sad news that she went to bird heaven 10/10/2022. The next day I received a lovely floral bouquet expressing their sadness. i can not say more wonderful things about such a large company that can take time to do such a sweet thing.
