Awesome customer service!
My dog developed a food allergy and Chewy immediately removed my continuing autoship order and told me to donate the newest shipment to a shelter in need of dogfood. Even Chewy is a large company and may not consider returning the food as a cost effective measure, if my assumption is true. I think this to be a tremendous resource for the Fur Babies in need.
Kudo's to Chewy's company policy for helping in a needed area that often is overlooked.
