My baby recently passed and I contacted Chewy to see if I could be refunded for unused, unopened bottles of medicine. The customer service rep (Laura) was very helpful in getting me a full refund in no time.
Two days later there was a knock at my door and there on my doorstep was a beautiful flower arrangement with a very touching card from Chewy expressing there condolences for the passing of my baby.
Where else do you see such personal touches from a company as large as Chewy?
