Last week our pup Asher lost his battle with kidney failure. We had just received a shipment of his food from Chewy.com. I messaged them from the website to see if I could return the food I had just received. I had the pleasure of messaging with Tanyla, she told me she would give us a full refund and to donate the remaining food to a local shelter. The following day I received a bouquet of flowers and opened the card to see it was from Tanyla and the Chewy family. What a great sentiment and customer service! I recommend Chewy.com to all pet parents.
