I lost my 12 year old Maltese, Ezmee July 11, 2023. I had an order for food that came in and couldn't use it now. I called Chewy and told them about Ezmee and asked if I should send the food back. The young gal I was talking to immediately told me she was so sorry for my loss, which touched my heart. She then told me they were refunding my money and that I could donate or keep the food! A few days later a UPS truck drove to my home and gave me a box and inside of the box was a dozen long stem Pink Roses with a beautiful note of sentiment for my little Ezmee from the Chewy team! I was overwhelmed with emotion at the kindness of this company. This company is wonderful and their staff easy to talk with and they have always helped make the ordering process a smooth transaction.
