Chewy not only offers the best prices, processes and ships quickly, but they back up their products. We recently received a shipment of insulin that had been reasonably well packed but had been on the delivery truck too long. (We're in Arizona). Temperature of the insulin exceeded the safety margins for that product. One phone call to the Chewy Pharmacy...and a replacement has been sent...with no charge...not even for shipping.
