I wanted to acknowledge an amazing surprise I received from Chewy. I have been a Chewy member for many years for products for my Mini Schnauzer. From insulin to dog food and dog products, Chewy is a wonderful company to deal with. Their customer service is excellent and I have never had any issue dealing with them. They are always polite and eager to help. My amazing surprise came last night - a beautiful floral arrangement from Chewy. I had contacted Chewy yesterday due to the passing of my dog. I wanted to find out if the prescription canned dog food and treats I had ordered for her prior to her passing could be returned as they were unopened. A very kind customer rep, Asia, advised they could not, a refund could be given to me, and the food donated. I was very thankful for the refund offered. The big surprise came last evening. A beautiful floral arrangement arrived at my home from Chewy. The message on the card was very kind and thoughtful regarding the passing of my dog and ended with "Warmly, Asia and your Chewy Family". I have never dealt with a company in all my years with that kind of compassion and care for their customers. I want to thank Chewy for that kind of customer support and care their show their customers. When I am ready for another dog, Chewy will certainly be the source for all that dogs needs.
