I am so pleased with the compassionate response from Tammy. I had to put my dog down and asked to cancel my autoship and refund the last prescription order I received. They not only did that, but sent flowers with condolences to me. This is so above and beyond, and thoughtful, will always be remembered, and I will share this story with many people.
