I placed an order on Sunday and received my confirmation email. Later that day, I received a second email (which I didn’t see until days later) needing confirmation of my information. When I called them all they needed was to release my order. There was no actual confirmation needed. However, the representative explained that they do this to prevent fraud. Very frustrating business practice. It’s a $80 order. My order will now arrive later because of this.
