My Chewy purchases have always been delivered quickly and without damage. After my dog was put down, at my request, Sharon, a customer service representative, per my request, canceled my prescription dog food auto-ship subscription without any hassles.
A couple of days later I received a sweet, fresh cut, floral arrangement with a sympathy card from “Sharon and Chewy”. That’s what I call customer care and support!
