After spending close to 300.00 + a month I am sure that your competitor would appreciate my business better. You claim that the refund of $354.00 has failed twice but you were able to take the money out with no issues, and I used the same card today (my debit) to buy lunch. You have spent now 31 days trying to issue me a refund - I call BS. Funny that you are not pro active in anyway to contact me about this? Horrible customer service and corporate values. Now can I please get my money back.
