No more live representatives to help with customers orders. There is always an issue with orders duplicating and no one answers the phone so you can stop the delivery and get your money back. Also, when you don’t receive something you can’t talk to a person to get a refund or another shipment of the item. I’d give it a zero if I could. I’m waiting home all day just so I can refuse the order. Chewys gone downhill. It’s too bad, because I spend an astronomically amount of money with this company. Thousands! If this situation doesn’t clear up, I will never do business with them again. It’s not worth the stress! Chewy, GET LIVE REPS BACK. Also, You can’t even have a live chat. I hope they are email friendly. If chewy can go back to the way they used to be, I would consider becoming a customer again.
