The Chewy team is unbelievably kind, generous, and understanding. I asked for a refund of 2x Herm Sprenger prong choke collar 2.25mm which amounted to over $60 and they just gave it to me, they asked that I keep the items to gift or donate. 11/10 best customer service, will buy much much more from them.
