CHEWY....wow always exceeds my expectations! Just relocated cross country and needed help updating autoship information as system didn't let me update card or addresses. I spoke with Alex...he quickly understood, updated all information, placed my auto order, used my credit as asked and even added 5% off for calling in. Enjoyed our chat, super efficient and friendly guy....and this is the norm for anytime I call. Thank you Chewy, great service, prices and I always feel appreciated.
