I don't know how anybody can give Chewy a terrible review. I have been a customer for the past five years and I've only had a problem one time and they handled it immediately. I appreciate not having to wait online when I called them and how efficient they were with fixing the problem. They always ask about how my pets are doing."BY NAME" :) Nicole is who I talked to and she was so sweet and helpful. Always will use Chewy for my pets needs.
