I couldn't place an order online! Tried to order as a guest. Entered all info including credit card info and it said something went wrong. Cleared everything, left site, reordered and it said it couldn't place the order. Called CS could barely hear her over the screaming kid in the background. She said she could place the order but needed to create an account. BAIT AND SWITCH!
