I’m very disappointed with my recent experience. My dog food order was delayed with no real updates or communication from the company. I reached out on Saturday and again on Sunday, but both times I was simply told what was already visible on the FedEx tracking page — no effort to actually resolve the issue. Because of the delay, I was forced to spend $50 on a different brand of dog food just to make sure my dog had something to eat. Anyone who knows about pet care understands that transitioning to a new food has to be done gradually to avoid stomach issues, so this situation has been stressful and unnecessary. To make things worse, the company only offered a $5.00 credit for the inconvenience, which feels like a weak response considering the lack of communication and the extra cost I had to take on. The brand I normally order is only available through this website, so I expected much better service and reliability. Unless this is resolved properly, I’ll have to reconsider ordering from here again.
