I placed 2 large orders at the beginning of May (today is May 28th), paid for expedited shipping for both (8 to 10 days) so I can have them by a certain date, did not receive my orders. It took days to get a response from customer service via email since there is no other way to reach this merchant. When I did get a reply a few days ago, I was told that they were both still in a warehouse and would not get there when I needed them. When asked if I wanted to cancel I said yes to both, one of the orders was shipped anyway the very same day. At that point I had already purchased what I needed elsewhere, all of which I received before this package arrived. I contacted them as to why they shipped it and was told "it's on its way they suggest I remain patient ". I received them today. I have no need for them now but I kept 2 of the dresses because they seem okay, but the quality on the others are extremely poor. The materials are so thin and see through that it seemed pointless wearing clothes if I put those on. I've never felt materials so thin before. I will be returning most of the items and I assume I have to pay return shipping which is unfair. The customer service rep/s I dealt with were very rude and lacked basic understanding. Needless to say I will never shop with Chic me again. Worst customer service I ever received and I shop a lot so that's saying alot. I will also be leaving reviews wherever I can to make others aware
