“Don't bother with them. Customer service is terrible on returns. They kept bartering with me on % refund back and to keep the item. The item does not fit - Why would I want to keep it. Plus, say will give you the return address within 24 hours - mine took 3 days after trying to give me only a percentage back each email. Give me back my full refund - the whole thing was an ordeal. Plus you wait for ever for the item to come in the mail. Will NEVER ORDER AGAIN!”
“I purchase several items and 4 of them either didn’t fit or were damaged. I requested to return the items and for the last 3 days I have been going back and forth with customer service because they want to negotiate how much of a refund they are willing to give. The first offer was 20% and I can keep the items. But if the items don’t fit or are damaged it’s not worth me keeping. I said 50% of the cost refunded and they won’t go higher than 30%. I just don’t understand why you are not willing to give a refund if it does t fit or is damaged.”
“I was excited to order from CHICME—until I received my order and found that two of the items didn’t fit. The return process was a nightmare. They made me pay to return the items and didn’t even refund me the full amount. Be very careful who you order from, because you might end up losing your money like I did.
SHEIN, on the other hand, has never given me any issues. Returning items with them is easy—they even email you a return label. Huge difference in customer service!”
