“I had a very disappointing experience with ChicMe. I ordered two outfits, and both arrived extremely oversized and did not fit as expected. The sizing was completely inaccurate.
When I tried to return the items, I was told they do not offer refunds for these types of products. The items were unworn and I contacted them within the return window, yet no proper solution was provided.
Because of this, I will not be purchasing from ChicMe again. As a customer, it’s frustrating to spend money on items that don’t fit and then not be given a fair option to return or receive a refund.
I would not recommend purchasing from this website unless you are willing to take the risk of incorrect sizing and not being able to get your money back.”

“The clothes are made cheap for the price they charge. They are exactly made like Shein. I but a lot from Shein and they are A LOT BETTER. I went to return some clothes bc they did not fit. The Company is to reach out to you via email to approve return ALONG WITH PHOTOS of your clothes with the bag it came in. If approved they will give you a shipping receipt. After you go to the post office to return...THEN you have to email the company the receipt and weight of shipping. THIS IS A SCAM! DO NOT BUY FROM!”
“I would give this company a 0 star. The worst return policy I have ever dealt with. They tell you you can return within 14 days but they will try to give you a coupon instead of your money back. I finally got a ticket approved but now it’s nothing but we need a picture of the weight, tracking number & return address which I sent with them telling me the weight is incorrect, the USPS weighted the package. By the time they are done trying to rip you out your money the 14 day return policy will be expired. Worst company I will never order from here again.”
“Don't bother with them. Customer service is terrible on returns. They kept bartering with me on % refund back and to keep the item. The item does not fit - Why would I want to keep it. Plus, say will give you the return address within 24 hours - mine took 3 days after trying to give me only a percentage back each email. Give me back my full refund - the whole thing was an ordeal. Plus you wait for ever for the item to come in the mail. Will NEVER ORDER AGAIN!”
“I purchase several items and 4 of them either didn’t fit or were damaged. I requested to return the items and for the last 3 days I have been going back and forth with customer service because they want to negotiate how much of a refund they are willing to give. The first offer was 20% and I can keep the items. But if the items don’t fit or are damaged it’s not worth me keeping. I said 50% of the cost refunded and they won’t go higher than 30%. I just don’t understand why you are not willing to give a refund if it does t fit or is damaged.”
“I was excited to order from CHICME—until I received my order and found that two of the items didn’t fit. The return process was a nightmare. They made me pay to return the items and didn’t even refund me the full amount. Be very careful who you order from, because you might end up losing your money like I did.
SHEIN, on the other hand, has never given me any issues. Returning items with them is easy—they even email you a return label. Huge difference in customer service!”
