“I purchase several items and 4 of them either didn’t fit or were damaged. I requested to return the items and for the last 3 days I have been going back and forth with customer service because they want to negotiate how much of a refund they are willing to give. The first offer was 20% and I can keep the items. But if the items don’t fit or are damaged it’s not worth me keeping. I said 50% of the cost refunded and they won’t go higher than 30%. I just don’t understand why you are not willing to give a refund if it does t fit or is damaged.”
“I was excited to order from CHICME—until I received my order and found that two of the items didn’t fit. The return process was a nightmare. They made me pay to return the items and didn’t even refund me the full amount. Be very careful who you order from, because you might end up losing your money like I did.
SHEIN, on the other hand, has never given me any issues. Returning items with them is easy—they even email you a return label. Huge difference in customer service!”
“My either order did not work out, yes I received the merchandise but customer service is awful. I’m trying to return my order but they are trying to offer coupons. Why will I keep merchandise that doesn’t work for me. The number I keep trying to call is constantly busy which means the number is no good. Someone please help .”
“It is impossible to return anything, they never give you an option for that. You spend tons of time trying to figure it out and there is no way to return yet you say you have a return policy. It's very frustrating.”
“It took WEEKS for this to arrive. When it arrived it had faulty stitching on the strap. I contacted chicme, and they have been a nightmare, constantly coming back to me after a few days wait with a % off offer each time. I kept telling them I dont want a % off, I want to return it it for a full refund and asked constantly for a free returns label. They eventually said id have to pay £5 to return it?! I told them that they should be covering the cost of the return as it is faulty and is their responsibilty to pay the return shipping. They have ignored me since. ORDER NO:01014578979”
