“The product is good but the delivery arrangements are not. The people you use do not notify when the delivery is to occur and then require a signature! That is ridiculous as the parcel would fit in my letter box. I then had to travel several kilometers to pick up the parcel!”
“The pants didn’t fit right. I tried to return them but what a pain. I couldn’t find the return info, finally found an email, then after several days of emailing, I was offered only a portion of the amount back. You cannot just return the items and get a refund without a huge hassle. And you have to pay for the full shipping back, to CA of you ever get that info from them. Very disappointed in the hassle and factor and the run around I received.”
“I responded to an ad on Facebook for tank top with a built in bra. When I clicked on the ad, it took me to a listing for a tank top trio but they were not with the built in bra. I also try to avoid buying products from China and it appears these are coming from a Chinese company with a distributor in America.”
“The first 3 pack that I ordered year ago was size medium and they fit perfectly. This three pack I also ordered medium and they are much smaller. It was pretty disappointing.”
“Poor directions on return policy. Shipping took too long. Needed to return 2 items which were too large and reorder in smaller size, which I just received, but do not have necessary packaging for first order, now stuck with 2 tops that are too big. New order fits ok. Who keeps the packaging from an order???”
