“Ordered 6 tops and have to return 4 of them! Sizing seems to be way off! I ordered mostly medium, and a couple large. One large was so small I think it should of been sized as extra small. not sure how to correctly order tops as there is too large of a difference even within the same size.”

“I placed 2 significant orders within the last month, with each order being around 10-12 items. When I received the second order I contacted Chicme to request a return of 3 items as they either did not fit, or the material was of poor quality. This is where it gets interesting.....first they offered a 10% refund which was not acceptable for items I would never use. Over the next few days they continued to decline my request to return, increasing the refund eventually to 40% which I finally agreed to simply because this was taking so much time. Note: it takes them 24 hours to respond to each message and the clock is ticking without you even knowing it, so by the time I accepted their limited offer, they said the return period had expired. Be very careful........it seems their practice is to delay as long as possible to the point where a return or partial refund is no longer an option, even if you 'initiate the process within 14 days' as their website states.”
