“Chic Me return policy is horrible. It take 4-5 weeks before you receive your merchandise but you have 14 days to respond if you need to return. If it take 30 days for us to get merchandise, customers should have at least 30 days to return. I spent over $200 the first order and I had to return about $150 for a bigger or smaller size. I request refund/exchange on the 18th day after delivery and they said I was too late. The best they can do was offer me $30 cash coupon. I have 8 item worth $150 that I can not wear, they are all packaged up. What a waste of my hard earn money. WTH...I will never order from here again.”

I ordered $150 worth of items. A month later I was given nothing but excuses & there was zero tracking. It stopped at a detained sterilization process. It’s heartbreaking because they have such nice pics… but it wasn’t worth the aggravation. In the end I cancelled and went to SHEIN … 10 stars for SHEIN”
“I wish I had read these truthful reviews about this company before I placed my order on 2/14. I read "trust pilot" which I now know is pretty much USELESS. I don't know where they get their reviews. I placed order and have heard NOTHING. It is now 2/24 and the order update just shows "processing". You have no way to contact them and placing a "ticket" is a waste of time - just gives you a generic response. I'm OVER IT!!! I'm contacting my bank to stop payment.

“I ordered once from Chic me and it was a long and awful process to get my crappy clothes. But then I left it. Or so I thought. Cut to three years later, multiple emails to support and I still receive a DAILY promotional email. I have hundreds in my junk box, all that I have unsubscribed from at least a dozen times. Last night I got a promotional text from them and if they start sending me more texts I’m calling the cops. Today I sent maybe my fifth email to customer service to ask them to stop and it came back as no longer a working email. This company is fraudulent. Everything about them is shady, do not get mixed up with them. They won’t let you out alive!”
