They made me pay to return the items and didn’t even refund me the full amount. Be very careful who you order from, because you might end up losing your money like I did.
SHEIN, on the other hand, has never given me any issues. Returning items with them is easy—they even email you a return label. Huge difference in customer service!”
“Received my dress in a timely manner and was very pleased with it. True to size and color. The ONLY thing I would change is the fabric. It almost felt plastic to the touch and would have preferred a more breathable fabric. However I am glad I bought it and the price was right for that type of fabric. Looks great on!”
