I was excited to order from CHICME—until I received my order and found that two of the items didn’t fit. The return process was a nightmare. They made me pay to return the items and didn’t even refund me the full amount. Be very careful who you order from, because you might end up losing your money like I did.
SHEIN, on the other hand, has never given me any issues. Returning items with them is easy—they even email you a return label. Huge difference in customer service!
