I purchase several items and 4 of them either didn’t fit or were damaged. I requested to return the items and for the last 3 days I have been going back and forth with customer service because they want to negotiate how much of a refund they are willing to give. The first offer was 20% and I can keep the items. But if the items don’t fit or are damaged it’s not worth me keeping. I said 50% of the cost refunded and they won’t go higher than 30%. I just don’t understand why you are not willing to give a refund if it does t fit or is damaged.
