“my order took 2 weeks to arrive. I am keeping 2 out of 3 items and wish to return one because it is way too big and I am getting terrible customer service due to wanting to make a return. It took 3 days to respond and I was told I could get a 10% discount if I keep it? That is not how we do things here in the states. How about you take it back with a full refund? Its like you are bartering for my business however I will never order from you again. This transaction has been so painful, I will not recommend my friends to your site over a cheap pair of "traveling pants".”
