After waiting for 2 prs of summer heal sandals for over a month, they didn’t fit. They fit and looked like 2 sizes too small. The quality is horrible, even with the right size, I’d feel like they are about to fall apart. It wouldn’t be worth to anyone for risking a fall or a possible broken ankle. I contacted the company, to get a shipping label. They offered a 10% with me keeping the products. I told them that I nor anyone else could use the sandals. I asked fora return label, then they provided the address for reforms and told me I would be responsible for the shipping. It is my understanding that the shipping is quite expensive! I don’t understand why I should be paying for returns, when obviously they offer horrible service in shipping and very poor quality of products. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!
