I bought one item for $26.99 before shipping. It was horrible and not as pictured so I returned it, after speaking with a customer service agent who assured me I'd be refunded for both the item and return shipping. With the item, original shipping and return shipping, I paid $48.28. They refunded me $8.49. This is NOT cool. The customer service agent I'm speaking with now, even after providing ALL the screenshots I took from the original convo and return shipping receipt as they asked me to provide still insists they refunded me $26.99. They didn't even do that, let alone all the shipping costs! So I'm now out almost $40 on an item that was returned. I'd report this to the BBB if it allowed it but of course, the company's location is ominous and presumed to be China, so it isn't eligible. Disputing it with my bank but this is absolutely ridiculous. BEWARE at all costs of this company.
