Ordered a white dress. The dress came a month later, faulty. It had to black stains on it! I contacted customer service. Said they’ll refund me. And that they’ll cover the return cost if I send them a picture of my return receipt with the tracking information. I do that and then they deny the refund of my shipping. AFTER I already shipped it out. So I’m out $20 because they won’t refund me the originally shipping I paid or the “insurance”. Why am I paying for this so called insurance when I still received a faulty product? And why am I paying for it when shipping still took 4 weeks?!! Don’t ever buy from this company. I’m waiting on my refund.
