I ordered 5 items from Chicme. When I received them, the material was horrible, totally transparent and material kind of paper and sizes were not accurate. Anyway, I kept one to give it away, maybe just for a one use. After contacted costumer service. They offered me 20% back in money and keep the clothes. I wanted my 100% money back. Finally I got the returning address. I sent the items in a flat rate envelope, and guess what? They did not returned my money because they wanted the weight of the package. The said they will destroy everything. REFUND WAS DENIED, EVEN THOUGH I HAVE PROOF THEY RECEIVED THE PACKAGE. I did not want to believe the bad reviews, but really DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE THIEVES. They will use any excuse to not refund your money. BELIEVE IN THE BAD COMMENTS ABOUT THIS COMPANY.
