Very terrible to deal with Very terrible to deal with, doesn’t matter that you pay for insurance you get the run around and different answers. Ordered a package, didn’t receive it, delivery company took pictures of someone else’s house they’ve delivered to and the customer service team at Chic me don’t care even though you pay insurance. One says refund the other no refund, one says reship the other no reship! It is a nightmare and same repetitive questions! Even asked for proof of pictures of what my house looks like. Do not purchase from here, what a horrible company to deal with.
