I order from chic me and they send item that doesn’t even look like what I ordered for. The quality of the material is very low. All the items is so low quality and they took forever to reply and offered me 10% coupon for my next order when I spent a $1000 for the purchase. They refused my return saying it is too complicated. I don’t know why this app still exists. They need to remove them for stealing. Their customer service number does not even exist when I called. They reply exactly after 24hr. This app should be removed it is use to steal people money. This is so bad. They asked me to take a picture of all the items on my body Who does that. This app need to be brought down.
