First of all, you cant speak to a live person on phone. Second, they respond to you thru what's app and you only receive one message every 24 hrs. Third, they ask for photos of sku numbers of items being returned. After send thst, they offer you a 10% refund n say keep the clothes because shipping cost is too expensive. After saying jo to their offer, you receive another message, 24 hrs later offering a 30% refund and then a 50% refund since you dont have quality issues when the clothes dont fit, they dont look like any of the pics on their website and the quality is poor.
