I returned clothing that was too small and they refuse to refund my money without the shipping company computer generated weight of the items returned. They have received the clothing with proof of return and still refuse to refund the money. Terrible cistomer service! BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! you cannot even get a live person on the phone except after 9pm and before 5am!!!!
