I wish I'd checked Trustpilot before placing an order. Customer Services delay responses to emails in order to overrun the return period and when challenged about a UK return address, say the warehouse is temporarily closed! The cost of returning items to the USA is prohibitive and discourages returns. Nowhere on the website does it state that returns cannot be made to the UK, although the goods came from the UK and I did see a UK address on the website, but perhaps they've removed that. I'm inclined to keep these useless items rather than go through the stress of trying to get a refund, when they can easily give excuses not to give one, judging from other reviews. This is obviously their tactics.
