It has been a full month since my order was placed. I received a confirmation that my items shipped a few days after, but the shipping status has not changed from “label created, not in system”. I started to follow up on the shipping status a few weeks later and customer service has not been helpful at all. All responses have told me to be patient because my intend are in transit. Telling me to be patient after a month is frustrating. I’ve been super patient. Clearly the package was lost, but customer service refuses to re-ship items or issue a refund. Do not order from this company. You’re better off ordering from Fashion Nova or Shein.
